Adding Content to courses

In this part we will start  adding (Content) to the (Course) by navigating to (All Courses) then click on Edit button
                               

Adding sections

• To start adding (Content) click on Course Content tab

• Then press in the blank part to (Create Section) name

• Then type here (Section Name) then click on Create button

• Here’s the part to add (Content) in (Section) by clicking on +Add Content button then it will a show a the (Content)

Adding lesson Materials

• Click on Text & Image button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-

1. Type title
2. Add lesson score points
3. Attach lesson image
4. Type lesson description
5. Click on the Create button  to add (Text & Image) lesson

• Click on Image button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Type title
  2. Add lesson score points
  3. Attach lesson image
  4. Click on the Create button  to add (Image) lesson
• Click on Upload Video button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Type lesson title
  2. Add lesson score
  3. Upload the video
  4. Type lesson description
  5. Click on the Create button  to (Upload Video) lesson
• Click on Video Link button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Type lesson title
  2. Add lesson score
  3. Select Media type
  4. Add external link
  5. Add lesson Duration
  6. Type Lesson Description
  7. Click on the Create button  to add (Video Link) lesson
• Click on File button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Add lesson title
  2. Add lesson Description
  3. Choose your file
  4. Click on the Create button  to add (File) lesson
• Click on Interactive HTML5 button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Add lesson title
  2. Add score
  3. Add the external URL
  4. Click on the Create button  to add (Interactive HTML5) lesson
• Click on Quiz button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Add Quiz title
  2. Add Quiz
  3. Add Quiz score when finished
  4. Add Quiz duration
  5. Add Quiz Passing score
  6. Add maximum number of tempts
  7. Add Quiz due date
  8. Check options for quiz
     • Is Graded
     • Shuffle Questions
     • Shuffle Answers
  9. Click on the Create button  to add (Quiz) lesson
• Click on Assignment button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Add lesson order
  2. Choose assignment file
  3. Type assignment content
  4. Click on the Create button  to add (Assignment) lesson
• Click on Instructor Led Lessons button to create lesson in section then add the below required fields:-
  1. Add lesson title
  2. Add lesson description
  3. Click on the Create button  to add (Instructor Led Lessons) lesson
  • To add (Session) in (Classroom) click on Add Session button to create online (Sessions) then it will a show a window with the below required field
    
    1. Add session title
    2. Add starting date
    3. Add session duration
    4. Add number of seats
    5. Assign instructor
    6. Add session description
    7. Add session host then it will generate link automatically
    8. Choose Attendance Mandatory (Yes/No)

Managing Quizzes

In this part we are going to manage (Quizzes) by adding (Questions) in the (Quiz) by clicking +Add Question button

Then start adding questions from the below types of questions as in the below figure

Manage course

• To manage course click on edit

• Edit Course Info

• Edit Course Title 
• Edit Course Description

Add learners to course

Add Batches to course

Assign Instructors to course

Take Attendance for classroom session

Create Certificate Templates

Add certificate Template

• Go to more settings then go to certificate templates

• To add template click on add template

• Type Template Name
• Add Image
• Click Submit

Manage certificate Template

• To Edit or delete Template
